Based on the picture you submitted it looks like you have the High Sports appearance package on your 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. Because of that we do not offer a hitch that would be confirmed to fit.
If you are looking to carry some cargo with your vehicle you could install a roof rack and a roof cargo box.
For a roof rack you could get the SportRack Semi Custom Roof Rack part # SR1002 and then get a Thule Sidekick Cargo Box part # TH78GC. view full answer...
For the best performance, a radiator fan like Derale 12 Inch High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan, # D16925, should be mounted directly against the radiator. If there is a gap, less airflow will go through the radiator and it will not be as efficient. If you do not want to use the included mounting straps, I would find another way to mount it directly against the radiator for ideal performance. I have included a link to our FAQ article on electric fans for reference. view full answer...

To add a trailer connector to the back of your 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo LT you will need to hardwire in a harness using # 18252. This harness comes with a circuit tester which you will use to determine the functions of the vehicle tail light wiring to install the 4-Way.
On the 4-Way, the white wire is ground and will attach to a clean bare metal surface. The yellow wire will connect to the vehicle's left turn and brake light wire. Brown will connect to the vehicle's running light/tail light... view full answer...
The Curt Class II trailer hitch you referenced, part # Draw-Tite, will fit all models of the 2001 Monte Carlo, including your SS. The only exception to the fit of this hitch is the SS model with the High Sport appearance package. It will fit fine since you indicated you do not have the High Sport package with ground effects.

The ball mount you would have bought with the hitch for your 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo would have had a 3 inch rise. So for a ball mount that has a 5 inch rise you'd want the part # 36078 which would give you the additional height you need.
For a 2 inch ball for use with this you'd want the part # 19258. view full answer...
For your 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo you would want the mirrors part # KS62659G for passenger side and part # KS62660G for driver side. These do not have the heated function. Since your vehicle does not have the heated function you would not be able to gain that function by installing mirrors that are designed for that function. view full answer...
The Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, part # RM-520, and Roadmaster MX Base Plate kit, part # 3136-3 will work just fine with your 2005 Saturn Ion. If you will be towing your Saturn behind an RV or Motorhome, you may not need to have a brake system for the Ion. The Ion is small enough and light enough that an RV or Motorhome has sufficient stopping power for itself and the Ion, however, brakes are a good idea and are required by some state law and by some RV Manufacturer warranties. I spoke to my contact at Superchips about the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner part # SU2845 for your 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with the 5.3L V8 engine and they informed me that the displacement on demand (DOD) system cannot be disabled unless an octane file from the tuner is installed on the vehicle's ECU. Once you have uploaded a canned tune from the device to the vehicle you will then be able to adjust certain parameters such as disabling the DOD system. view full answer...
From what I could find the High Sport model of the Monte Carlo refers to one of the 6th generations specialty NASCAR editions of the vehicle. It seems to be associated with the Dale Jr. edition. If your 2004 Monte Carlo is an SS but not one of these NASCAR editions then trailer hitch # C12028 will fit.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # 3590. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # 119178KIT. I have linked... view full answer...

You have to test the tail light wires on your 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo to determine their functions and then splice them to the trailer wiring harness # 18252 accordingly. There is no standard wiring color code and we have not installed this harness on a 2007 Monte Carlo yet so testing is required. That is why it comes with a little circuit tester.
You can follow the procedure in the video I have linked. Please note that the wire colors on your vehicle could be completely different.

The problem sound like you need to wire the green wire to the right side (passenger side) tail light on the vehicle. This is for the right turn signal and brake. The yellow and brown wires should be connected on the left side (driver side). Yellow is for left turn and brake. Brown is for running lights. White is the ground and needs to be attached to a clean metal surface.
If the yellow and green wires are attached in the same place, both trailer lights will blink together. If the brown... view full answer...
